CMC South Carolina Steel is a provider of fabricated structural steel materials and related services in Greenville, South Carolina. Begun in 1952, we had become a leader in this industry for our market area. As with many in our line of business, the immediate demands of the business seemed to always compete with the need to plan our growth.

It became evident that if we were to achieve the next level of growth, we would need some input from an expert in the field of management. We contracted with Mobilis Performa to evaluate our business model and provide training for our people. What a great experience ……… a real “eye opener”!

Through this process, we were able to correctly align everyone’s strengths with their roles and responsibilities. Since we have completed the Mobilis initiative, we have been able to put ourselves in a position of envy and strength in our industry. Our margins have improved significantly, our backlog of work has never been stronger, and our people feel empowered in having had a specific role in this success!
