Common Questions «About Us «Mobilis
Do the results justify the costs?
We conduct a thorough organizational analysis before every project. Based on this analysis, we commit to achieving specific measurable results and break down the related project costs. Your return on investment is clarified and quantified before the project begins. The vast majority of our projects pay for themselves by the time they are completed.
How do you measure results?
We don’t measure results – with our support, you do. During the first week of the project, we establish objectives together. You then use your existing, or agreed upon, financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess your progress relative to each objective.
Are the improvements sustainable?
Yes. Our unique approach enables you and your employees to master the tools, processes and behaviours needed to deliver sustainable results. This includes a continuous improvement process that delivers performance enhancements long after we are gone.
What does Mobilis offer that we can’t achieve on our own?
The Mobilis Approach shows you how to maximize your resources within a continuous improvement program. Composed exclusively of certified engineering, accounting, business management and coaching experts, our team helps you develop a clear and engaging strategy that mobilizes employees. We transfer knowledge and coach your employees to implement best practices based on their activities and capabilities.
Why is coaching a fundamental component of your approach?
Coaching is our trademark at Mobilis. Coaching is based on the premise that you have the knowledge, skills and resources to address your challenges. It is our job as coaches to support you in identifying and filling any gaps in your management practices to increase your efficiency and effectiveness.
Coaching strengthens your managers’ leadership skills. It enables them to better mobilize employees around implementing your strategy and achieving targeted performance improvements.
Is Mobilis primarily a coaching firm?
While coaching is the most effective tool for changing behaviours at all levels of your organization, from the president to shop-floor workers, it is far from the only solution in our toolbox.
Our experts are certified and experienced in applying a broad range of performance improvement tools and methodologies. This gives us the freedom to choose the right tool to meet your needs, rather than being forced to base our recommendations on preferences or limited capabilities. Following a thorough needs analysis, we adapt the appropriate continuous improvement tools and, management and quality systems to your organization and business objectives.

The definition of insanity is:
doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
