Pierre is a result oriented coach, trainer and consultant.

In his daily activities, Pierre is instrumental in helping people and organizations realize that employee mobilization is the key high performance and regularly acts as catalyser enabling them to move towards their “impossible future”.
For the past 25 years, as a former executive and now consultant/coach, Pierre has developed his natural leadership, coaching and management skills into mastery. For the past 10 years, he has made his ultimate goal to transfer his learning to executives worldwide.

Passionate about seeing real change occur in companies and their leaders, he has enabled more than 60 North American and European organizations to achieve lasting transformational change and successful mergers and acquisitions. Clients benefit from his track record in diverse industries, from retail and manufacturing to telecommunications, high tech and pharmaceuticals. His experience covers end to end business process; from strategy definition to financial management including supply chain and manufacturing management.

Pierre is a skilled transformation project manager. He excels at managing complexity and coaching his teams and his customers through impossible challenges. His clients recognize his innate ability to make a difference and to deliver exceptional results.

In his consulting mandates as well as in his coaching, status quo is not an option for Pierre. He will always strive to ask the question that triggers shifts in paradigms, learning and ultimately action to improve on one’s own behaviour.

Pierre believes that “when one stops learning, one stops growing.” That is why he continues to build his knowledge in leadership, coaching, quality systems, organizational performance and change management. Pierre is a certified trainer for The McQuaig Institute of Executive Development, a licensed facilitator of the Corporate Coach U Coaching Clinic and a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation).

When not coaching his son’s soccer team, Pierre loves to travel, scuba dive and read.
