Laurent, performance improvement and changement management coach and consultant.

For the past 15+ years he has been instrumental in helping managers and companies achieve their goals.

Working across all levels of the organisation he adapts his approach to the challenges and adjust his tools to the situation. On a daily basis he balances coaching, training, and advising to meet his clients specific needs convinced that this blended approach is key to successful organizational and personal transformations.

Passionate about achieving excellence, he enjoys managing large performance improvement consulting projects, leading functional change management initiatives as well as providing support to entrepreneurs in the creation and development of their business.

Believing in everyone’s ability to create his “impossible future”, he is currently honing his executing coaching skills at Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada, working towards the Certified
Executive Coach designation. Laurent is a French trained Engineer and CMA with a graduate diploma in Management Accounting from Concordia (QC). He also owns an MBA from the Insituto de Empresa (IE), a Spanish business school and a Project Management Professional (PMI) certification.

He is most proud when his customers experience an inspirational ‘aha’ moment. These moments lead to rapid changes in behaviour and performance that are sustainable because the client owns and drives the process.

Laurent’s experience spans several sectors, including banking, energy and manufacturing, two continents and close to two decades.

Laurent is passionate about catalyzing improvements and learning alongside his clients. His favourite quote is from Albert Einstein: “The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different outcome.”

Laurent is an opera buff and avid snowboarder and sailor.
