Upon completion of a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Dominique was recruited by IBM Canada and enrolled in an intensive sales training program offered by IBM Marketing School. The program proved to have a decisive impact on her career and explains the all important focus on customer relations, which remains at the core of Dominique’s professional approach.
Having spent six years in the manufacturing sector and a further ten in information technology, Dominique has served a highly diverse client base: L’Oréal, Wyeth Ayerst, AstraZeneca, Jameson, Sanofi Aventis, Liberté, Point Zero, UniSelect, Le Massif Group, La Coop Fédérée, Master Group, Ordre des psychologues du Québec, etc.
Whether in the capacity of sales representative, sales manager or customer service manager, Dominique’s excellent understanding of her clients’ strategic challenges has enabled her to develop lasting relations of trust.
Dynamic and enthusiastic, Dominique has never passed up an opportunity to hone and develop her professional skills over the years: business process optimization, strategic planning, organizational development, continuous improvement, Web strategies, and implementation of manufacturing production systems. She is currently enrolled in a specialized program with Corporate Coach U, the object being to achieve certification as a professional coach.
An avid sports enthusiast, her interest in tennis, skiing and hiking has allowed her to channel her energy while remaining in top physical shape. Curious by nature, she loves to read and to travel. Her favorite book: Performance through pleasure by Jean-Luc Tremblay.
