Over 30 years of experience enable André to stand as an expert on performance management in manufacturing environment. Results-oriented professional, André began his career as an engineer first in the automotive and later in the food industry. Through the various management positions in engineering and management he has held, Andre has the opportunity to gain extensive practical experience of the challenges and issues of managers' roles.

In pursuing his career as a management consultant and coach, André uses his expertise in areas as diverse as mining, metallurgy, retail, telecommunications, aerospace, media, or the pharmaceutical ... accompanying successfully more than fifty companies during the implementation of organizational restructuring and improvement projects.

A talented Project Manager, André has helped many organizations achieve their goals, both in Europe and North America. His areas of expertise include operational performance, change management and leadership development, with coaching being the cornerstone.

André’s involvement on projects often includes quality management processes and systems development, business processes optimization, employee engagement and coaching of managers in the workplace. In most of these projects, the key to success has often been achieving professional development target and sustainable behavioral change obtained through his daily coaching activities.

André, like all Mobilis Performa employees, strongly believes in continuous training and individual skills development needs. he is currently, to his great satisfaction, participating in a specialization program to obtain a professional coaching certificate. André is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and the OIQ (Order of Engineers of Quebec).
