Michel is a Workplace Human Development Coach and Facilitator

He helps organizations across Canada, the United States and Europe, identify key human capital development parameters and assists in the implementation of human performance solutions.

Michel thrives on seeing leaders grow professionally. As a professional business coach he helps many evolve by taking charge and optimize their potential.

Concretely, Michel helps management leaders develop and succeed by structuring and providing out-of-the ordinary customized learning experiences. He has developed a Leadership Program that takes leaders out of their work environment and into a world of innovation, high energy experiences. Michel, through his workshops, creates a cooperative environment that fosters mutual understanding and provides an immense opportunity to learn about oneself and how behaviour affects organisational outcomes.

Recently, Michel authored a book; Make it Happen – switching gears: slow down, stop and move forward. It is designed to maintain top leaders’ learning potential. Underlying this book – and most of his work – is Michel’s strongly-held belief that everyone is a performer and that everyone, be it more or less overtly expressed, has a wish to succeed.

Michel truly knows about performance! He has represented Canada as an athlete in acrobatic skiing, competing in Canada, the United States and Europe. In 1999, he was inducted into the Ski Laurentian Hall of Fame and was named Canadian Pioneer of Freestyle Skiing. During his career as a professional athlete, Michel designed innovative learning methods aimed at training athletes safely, allowing several of his coachees over a period of 15 years reach world champion status.

To this day, Michel holds that the achievements in themselves were gratifying but it was the opportunity to meet, compete and learn from the best athletes in the world that became his Wow!

Michel is still actively helping athletes in a number of sports reach their full potential.

Michel has held management positions in several Canadian and American firms.

Throughout his numerous experiences, Michel was driven by his natural interest in helping people open up to new possibilities by assisting them in harmonizing their actions with their values.
