Gordon is the ultimate team player and is passionate about teamwork and building great teams.
Over the past 30 years, working as a senior executive in companies with both domestic and international operations, Gordon has been a leader and a key member of management teams who have demonstrated their ability to significantly improve performance.
He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand working through audit group and the turnaround-consulting group in Montreal and Geneva, Switzerland. He has held senior executive positions in consumer products companies, initially with Astral Inc. before moving into hockey equipment manufacturing and distribution with Canstar/Bauer as Senior VP Corporate and Systems development and then with The Hockey Company as Senior VP Operations. Following the acquisition of Bauer by Nike in 1995, Gordon led the operational integration of Bauer into the Nike equipment division.
He was President and COO of Aqua Data Inc. from 2003 until 2008. Most recently has been involved in consulting mandates with clients various industries including electronic health records and the manufacturing and distribution of consumer products.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a CPA CA.
Outside of the office Gordon is an avid cyclist, hiker and alpine skier who enjoys travelling. He also supports elite Canadian amateur athletes though his contribution of time as a volunteer with B2ten.
